Pillosophy is a free educational site for pharmacy students. This page explains what data we collect, why, and where it is stored.

1. What we collect

• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier. We never see your Google password.
• Study progress: flash cards, quiz answers and misses, notes, and saved drugs, stored in your account so they appear on all your devices.
• Error reports: the report text, the page it was sent from, and any source you add. If you are signed in, the report is linked to your account.
• On your device (no account): language and progress are kept in your browser's local storage only.

2. Why we use it

• To keep your progress and restore it on any device.
• To review reports and correct the content.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising or marketing.

3. Where it is stored

• Supabase (database and sign-in), servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Cloudflare hosts the website.
• Google is used for sign-in only.

Each student can read and change only their own progress. Reports are visible only to the site owner.

4. Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time: on any page press “Report an error”, choose “Other”, and write “Delete my account” with the email you signed in with. We delete it within 30 days. You can also clear data stored on your device from your browser settings.

5. Children

The site is intended for university students and is not directed at children under 13.

6. Changes

If this policy changes (for example, if ads are added), we will update this page and the date above.
